Delivery Information

Each and every one of our dog & cat collars, leads and harnesses are hand made to order in our Newcastle based workshop.  Once we've received your order we endeavour to send it out to you within 14 days, although it will often be quicker than this.

Certain items, such as leather dog harnesses can take a little longer due to the nature of the product.

Our Shipping charges are fixed, to keep everything simple. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries.

  • Within the UK: Royal Mail 48 Signed For - £4.95
  • Within Europe: International Signed For - £10
  • Rest of the World: International Signed For - £13


Returns & Exchanges

We want your P'etiquette collar to be absolutely perfect for your dog, so if your collar isn't the perfect fit, then please do get in touch and we'll be able to either resize or make a replacement.  If you do need to return your collar for resizing or for a replacement we ask that you cover the postage costs incurred.  

Due to the custom nature of all of our products and the man hours involved in creating them, we cannot offer refunds.

We do ask that you double check all sizing when ordering so that your collar will be right first time though.


Charley Chau Bedding and Blankets Shipping Information


All orders of Charley Chau bedding and blankets are charged a flat rate of £6.00, and are dispatched using a next day courier service or through the post office using the 1st Class 'Signed For' service which is also usually delivered the next working day.

There are instances where courier companies charge an additional fee for deliveries to areas that they classify as remote, such as the UK Highlands and Islands, and we will advise you by email before dispatching your order if it is going to incur an additional charge.

Charley Chau Returns & Exchanges

We hope you won’t need to return anything to us but if you do we will refund or exchange any orders (providing the goods have not been used, and are not damaged) as long as you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. You can contact us by email, at or by phone, (0191) 603 1440.

In the case of a refund we will refund the total cost of your original order including the original shipping cost within 30 days of receiving your notification.

If you are returning goods, please do so within 21 days of notifying us, and ensure that the products have not been used, are undamaged and in a re-saleable condition.

Goods are returned at your own cost. Please obtain proof of postage and ensure that they are securely packaged as you are responsible for the safe return of goods. If we do not receive goods that you have sent back to us, and if we have already issued a refund, you will be re-charged for the full price of the product as it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a saleable condition.

Faulty Products

In the case of faulty goods we will be happy to refund or exchange your goods providing that any issues are not the result of reasonable wear and tear or inappropriate use of the product and that the goods in question are returned to us.

Please let us know as soon as possible if the goods you have received from us are faulty and return the faulty goods within 28 days of the notification.

Despite the fact that the goods are faulty, they must be returned to us and you are responsible for their safe return to us so please make sure that the goods are suitably packaged and that you obtain proof of postage.

On larger items we can help book the return courier but you are responsibe for packaging the product appropriately and for obtaining proof of postage.

If you are exchanging a faulty product we will send a replacement to you free of charge providing the faulty goods are received. If we dispatch a replacement before receiving the faulty goods 'on trust' you will still need to return the faulty goods to us within 28 days or you will be invoiced for the full price of the replacement product plus shipping.
