Is Your Site Secure?

We take your personal information very seriously, here at P'etiquette, so all sensitive parts of the site, are protected by GoDaddy. Whenever we ask for your personal details you will see "https://" in the browser bar, meaning the page is secure, and your information is safe. How Do I Place An Order?

Ordering from P'etiquette really is a simple process. Just choose the options you like from the drop down menus on the product page, and then add your finished product to your basket. Once you have finished shopping, click on the checkout button, check the box to confirm that you have read the terms & conditions, then proceed to enter your shipping and payment details securely.

Where Can I See The Leather & Crystal Colours?

You can view our colour selection of Traditional and nappa leathers on our Colour Options page along with the Swarovski crystal colour guide. Please note that the leather colours are a guide only, and there may be variations to the exact colour depending on your monitor display. As well as this, for those collars where you can choose the colour of crystal, there will be an image of the available colours underneath the main collar image. Clicking on this image will bring up a new window with your choices of crystal colours.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept payment via the following card types:

We use Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure, so you can be sure that your card details are kept secure.

Alternatively you can pay using Paypal.  Paypal is an easy and secure payment method, where you can pay with debit or credit cards, or direct from your bank account.  

You can also pay over the phone with your debit or credit card, simply call us on 0191 603 1440 and we'll take your order.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to pay by cheque, you can contact us to make the arrangement. Please note that when accepting cheque payments, we will need to wait for the cheque to clear before we hand-make your collar or lead.

Will I Receive Confirmation Of My Order?

As soon as you place your order with us you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email from us when we have dispatched your item. If you do not receive any email notification from us after purchasing anything from our site, please check your junk mail, as our emails have probably landed there.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

We work fast at P'etiquette to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, if you wish to cancel or change your order, we ask that you contact us on 0191 603 1440, or email us at as soon as possible.

How Long Will It Take To Make My Dog Collar?

Each and every one of our collars and leads are made by us to your specific details. There's no mass production, only quality workmanship that will last. We try our hardest to make all orders within 14 days of receiving the order, but in busy periods this may be slightly longer.

What Are Your Shipping Charges?

Our Shipping charges are fixed, to keep everything simple. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries.

  • Within the UK: Tag collars, key rings, charms & tassels - Royal Mail 48 - £1.50
  • Within the UK: Royal Mail 48 Signed For - £4.95
  • Within Europe: International Signed For - £10.00
  • Rest of the World: International Signed For - £13

What Is Your Returns And Exchange Policy?

We want your P'etiquette collar to be absolutely perfect for your dog, so if your collar isn't the perfect fit, then please do get in touch and we'll be able to either resize or make a replacement.  If you do need to return your collar for resizing or for a replacement we ask that you cover the postage costs incurred.  

Due to the custom nature of all of our products and the man hours involved in creating them, we cannot offer refunds.

We do ask that you double check all sizing when ordering so that your collar will be right first time though.

If in the unlikely event that you receive your collar and it is in unsatisfactory condition, we will take this very seriously. Please contact us on (0191) 6031440, or email us at within 7 days of receiving your collar and we can arrange a refund or replacement.
